This summer me and my mother were fortunate enough to be able to participate in a week long service trip to Mexico with my school. It was sooooo much fun! The experiences we had over there were amazing! We were able to serve two orphanages, one in Merida and one in Cancun, along with two soup kitchens. I can't even begin to describe the amount of work that was accomplished, but in general we were able to treat over a hundred people, cut over 200 heads (many of which had lice in them), replace damaged water tanks, fix, and repaint damaged walls. Believe it or not our doctors even saved a few peoples life's!! Every job was difficult and some even dangerous, but so worth it all in the end!
